Our Story
With over 30 years of combined experience in the Medicare insurance industry, the founders of Cardinal Insurance Services have worked across multiple areas of the field. From supporting other agents on the brokerage side, to counseling within the nonprofit sector and finally working with clients directly as licensed agents, they’ve seen the Medicare landscape evolve from various perspectives.
After years of working in an industry increasingly shaped by high-pressure sales tactics, misleading marketing, impersonal call centers and aggressive telemarketing, they recognized a growing disconnect between what clients truly needed and what had become the industry norm. Cardinal Insurance Services was built with a clear purpose: to put education, integrity and personal connection first.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Cardinal Insurance Services is bringing back genuine customer care. Partner/AgentWith over 21 years of experience in Medicare insurance, Cyndi brings both knowledge and heart to a process many find overwhelming. At Cardinal Insurance Services, she focuses on education and building trust, helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their coverage decisions. Clients appreciate her approachable guidance and the empowerment they feel when making informed choices.
Outside of work, Cyndi enjoys gardening, hiking, concerts, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs.
Lisa is passionate about helping people feel confident and informed when making important decisions—especially when things feel overwhelming or complicated. With 12 years of Medicare experience and 16 years in the insurance industry, she brings both knowledge and real-world insight to every conversation.
She believes in keeping things simple, honest, and easy to understand, so you always know exactly what you’re choosing and why.
Lisa takes pride in being someone her clients can trust—not just for one decision, but for ongoing guidance and support.
